Go outside, go for a walk, talk about how you feel with a trusted friend, get some daylight, get a hobby, make a to-do list, drink less caffeine, do what you can to get a good night of sleep…
WE KNOW!
Because it’s meant to apply to as many people as possible, I think that’s the thing that makes it bland.

Lots of therapy is about sharpening those observation tools. Turning your attention towards physical sensations that signal joy, pleasure, safety, calm.
Have a stretch. Tune in to how your body is feeling right now. Then ask yourself, kindly - what do you need today?
